Ten Traffic Overview

TEN Traffic Control is a division of TEN Earthmoving which was established in 2001 and is part of the Kingston Group of Companies.  Kingston has over 50 years industry experience in the earthmoving and associated industries.

Our Traffic Controllers / Supervisors will continue to assess the job site at all times to provide the highest safety to all those working on site and also to keep the community and road users safe.

Road authorities and councils now require permits for any works to be carried out on or around any roads.  Permits can be obtained by you or we can obtain them on your behalf “at cost”.  No works will be carried out until permits are in place.

We carry out work on non commercial and commercial sites.  For commercial sites we have a CMFEU EBA and must adhere to the correct pay amounts and entitlements to be paid to our employees and casuals at all times according to our agreement.

TEN Traffic Controllers at all time will carry the correct equipment and attire to suit all weather conditions.  Our controllers will not leave site until all works have been completed and will also complete any ‘after care’ that needs to be provided on site or to secure your site overnight for road or pedestrian use.  A safety checklist will be conducted and photos taken before leaving site.

Safety is a number one concern, no job is too small or too large, whether you need a single stop/slow person or a crew we can meet your requirements.  The use of correct signage will be used and placed out for pedestrians as well as road users, we take pride in our work.

Road safety is not only for construction works but also for community events, festivals. film crews.  Let us provide you with safe road closures or personnel for your next event.
